Do you offer free shipping / delivery?

YES we do! For all the purchases of Rs.999 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep absolutely free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.99 will be applicable otherwise.

How will I know the Order is placed & confirmed?

Once an order is placed and payment made by you is authorized, we will send you an SMS and an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment and order number.

We process online payments through reputed payment gateways, which provides secure, encrypted connections for all Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking transactions.

Can I place an order via a phone call?

Presently no. You need to place an order from our website Additionally, you may place an order through our mobile website as well. In case, you face any difficulties while placing an order, get in touch with our customer support team.

I have placed my order. However I forgot to add few items. Can I add them?

No. Our system is designed in a way that even we won’t be able to make any changes to the items you have ordered. You may place another order for the items missed out though.

Why is there a delivery date range? How longer will it take to ship my order?

The delivery time varies from city-to-city. Our registered logistics partner(s) thrive to deliver your order within 1-2 working days of order being shipped. However it may take longer based on geographic location.

Please note: Our order processing & shipping time is 1-2 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will share an e-mail with tracking details and order number.

What should I do if do not receive an order confirmation?

Some e-mail servers flag automated messages as spam - if you don´t receive any confirmation; please check your spam folders, and in case of incorrect e-mail id provided during an order, please do write to us – [email protected]. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with the order confirmation / related information.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Our registered logistics partner allows us to change the delivery address only before the handover of product to the courier personnel. Please call our customer support team to know more.

Can I place bulk orders?

Can you customize an order?

Please drop in a mail with your requirement at [email protected]. We shall revert back to your request within 1-2 working days.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Currently we do not provide option of gift wrapping the orders. But you may select store pickup option where our staff will do the gift wrapping for you at a very nominal cost.

How can I make use of store pick up option?

Store pickup option can be availed through our showroom network across Bangalore, Delhi, Hubli, Goa, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune. While completing the checkout, please make sure to select store pickup option and your order will be delivered in the selected store. Once the parcel reaches that store, we will notify you and the store, so it can be collected. You may be required to produce one government issued ID proof while collecting the item.

Please note: Store pick up option does not exist in a city where there is no Itsy Bitsy store.


What are the steps to replace products if damaged during transit/ received in damaged condition?

We take utmost care to pack our products, though rarely if, you receive damaged products, do write to us within 24hours from the date of receipt of products with a few images. We will best attempt to resolve this.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order anytime till the time order has not been shipped. Please send a request to [email protected].

How do I get my refund in case I cancel my order?

For every order cancelled, refund will be processed via your original mode of payment. We offer refund in terms of credit note. This credit note will be valid for a period of 3 months and you can use this credit in your next purchase on

Do you have reverse pickup service?

No. You will be responsible to take utmost care while returning the product to our warehouse. Our customer support team will be happy to guide you in packing the products you wish to return / exchange. You may also drop off the item to a nearest Itsy Bitsy store

Will you exchange the products once purchased?

Once the products are shipped and received by you, please drop us an e-mail within 24 hours in case you need to exchange any item. We offer exchange (subject to availability) if:

  • Supplied product(s) are different from the products ordered.
  • Supplied product(s) do not meet the description as found on our website.
  • Supplied product is found to be damaged.
