Camel Artist Acrylic Colours are soft, creamy and a golden mean between water colours and oil colours. They can be used directly from the tube, mixed with an acrylic medium or water. Relief texture can be obtained by the application of thick paint with a palette knife and large areas can be built up without any fear of cracking. Acrylic colours adhere to a great variety of surfaces like canvas, wood and earthenware.

Good value and good quality

There are many Camlin colors including the earthy hues and yellows which do not need expensive pigments to deliver good colour, brightness and archival performance. For these colors, it's fine to buy this instead of a more expensive Winsor & Newton, Golden or liquitex paints. Camlin have soft buttery flow and good opacity, and are very good value in the colours that I use
