Product not as expected

Cons: Out of the 36 pens, 1 pen Orange Neon color does not work. There is no source of ink inside and the top (refill cover) comes off easily. Neon Yellow color cannot be read. It is not suitable as a journal writing pen. Few other colors are very light for e.g. light purple, light green. They can be read thankfully, unlike Neon Yellow. Price wise the product is too expensive compared to the no. of actually useful pens. I have bought these pens to take notes in my journal so not all pens are useful that ways.
Pros: The quality of these pens is really good. Writes smoothly. No dryness.
The customer service received by Itsy Bitsy was really prompt and hassle free. More than the product, I liked Itsy Bitsy. I actually got a fair refund for the pen that was not working.

Overall verdict - It is better to buy such pens offline after checking, considering the price. If you are using them for adult coloring books then light colors will be useful.
